Marcela Škobisová

Marcela Škobisová is an experienced manager and entrepreneur with many years of expertise in human resource management, consulting, and adult education. Throughout her professional career, she has combined economic, psychological, and managerial approaches with a strong emphasis on ethics, efficiency, and human potential.
After completing her secondary education, she gained valuable international experience while living in Canada and England. She then pursued both vocational and academic studies in psychology, economics, and mediation. She further expanded her qualifications with training in adult education didactics as well as specialized courses in NLP, nonviolent communication, and rhetoric.
She began her professional career in 1987 in managerial and HR positions within renowned international companies in the banking, insurance, and automotive industries. In 1993, she founded Car-Line KG, a company focused on event and congress management.
Since 2005, she has been actively engaged in lecturing, and since 2007, she has worked as a consultant for small and medium-sized enterprises, particularly in the areas of start-ups, restructuring, soft skills, ethics, and mediation.
In 2011, she founded BCC-Europe, a company specializing in psychological consulting and property management.
In her work, she emphasizes the integration of theoretical knowledge with practical application, the development of critical thinking, and an interdisciplinary approach.
